The Durham Youth Gang Strategy is a collaborative partnership between the Durham Family Court Clinic and the Murray McKinnon Foundation, partially funded by the Government of Canada.

Murray McKinnon Foundation provides support to the Durham Youth Gang Strategy by sharing in administrative responsibilities.

The program provides evidenced based therapeutic interventions for youth who are involved, or are at risk of becoming involved in gang activity. Program staff will also assist parents/guardians and the community in dealing with youth choices and behaviours related to gang involvement.
